At JWalker Watches, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we create. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not delighted with your JWalker Watch, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return your unworn JWalker Watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unworn and in its original condition
- All original packaging, box, and materials must be included
- The watch must not show signs of wear, scratches, or damage
- All protective stickers and tags must remain intact
Pre-Order Cancellations
For pre-order purchases, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the watch ships. Once your watch has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out through the contact information on our website to request a return authorization
- Receive Instructions: We'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions
- Pack Securely: Carefully package your watch with all original materials in the original box
- Ship: Send the package using the provided shipping label via USPS
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your watch for a different variant (dial color or case style) if:
- The original watch is returned in new, unworn condition
- The desired variant is currently available
- The exchange is requested within 30 days of delivery
There is no charge for exchanges. We'll cover return shipping and send your new watch at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We'll send you an email confirmation
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs. Return shipping is free when using our provided label.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We cannot accept returns for watches that:
- Show signs of wear or use
- Are missing original packaging or materials
- Have been damaged by the customer
- Are returned after the 30-day window
- Have had the case back opened or modified in any way
Defective or Damaged Watches
If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the watch
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs
- This applies regardless of the 30-day return window
Warranty Repairs
For manufacturing defects discovered after the 30-day return window, please refer to the warranty information included with your watch. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Battery replacement (after initial battery life)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
- Water damage (if watch is not rated water-resistant or exceeds rated depth)
International Returns
At this time, we only ship within the United States. All returns must be shipped from a U.S. address using the provided USPS return label.
