Shipping Overview

At JWalker Watches, we're committed to delivering your timepiece safely and efficiently. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) with tracking included.

Shipping Locations

Currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Shipping Cost

Flat rate: $9.99 for all orders, calculated at checkout. Free return shipping on all returns.

Processing Time

Pre-orders: Ships within estimated production timeframe. Standard orders: Ships within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time

3-5 business days after shipment via USPS Priority Mail with full tracking.

Pre-Order Shipping

JWalker Watches operates on a pre-order model to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship:

  • When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a watch from our next production batch
  • We provide estimated delivery timeframes on the product page
  • You'll receive email updates throughout the production and shipping process
  • Once your watch is ready, we'll notify you and ship it immediately
  • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your watch ships

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes:

  • Full tracking: Monitor your shipment from our facility to your door
  • Insurance: All packages are insured for the full value
  • Signature option: Available upon request for added security
  • Secure packaging: Your watch arrives in our premium Art Deco gift box, carefully packaged for safe transit

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  1. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  2. Direct link to USPS tracking page
  3. Estimated delivery date
  4. Email notifications for key delivery milestones

You can track your package 24/7 using the tracking number on the USPS website.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete:

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout
  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Packages are typically left at the delivery address (unless signature is required)
  • PO Boxes are accepted
  • APO/FPO addresses are accepted (may require additional delivery time)

Shipping Delays

While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • USPS service disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll work with USPS to locate your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look for a delivery notice indicating where package was left
  3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number
  4. If not located within 48 hours, contact us and we'll file a claim and send a replacement

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Document the damage with photos
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us immediately
  • We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We're working on expanding to international destinations and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's):

  • Processing times may be 1-2 days longer
  • USPS delivery times may be extended
  • We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your needed delivery date
  • Expedited shipping options may be available (contact us for details)
